If you received damaged or blank copies of your recordings from me or if I make a mistake, I'll redo the work at no additional charge, provided you notify me within 45 days after I ship them. Many factors make it impossible for me to do more than generalize beforehand as to how aged originals will sound after preservation is completed. I try to limit background noise as much as possible without destroying a recording's distinctive voice. Though your expectations may be greater than what I ultimately send you, we both have to live with the best my experience can provide at your chosen restoration level.
