Endless loop cartridges come in a variety of formats and sizes. Though the most common is the pre-recorded 8-track that replaces the similar-appearing 4-track, there are many others look-alikes which differ technically and have been used by radio stations and in commercial exhibits.
I can copy from the consumer 8-track format and have accumulated machines to do some of the the others. When making copies of these, additional editing time is almost always required to deal with the pauses and incomplete individual tracks when assembling a CD from them. Recording lengths vary widely.
